So~ What is gravity?
Gravity is the natural force of attraction exerted by a celestial body, such as Earth, upon objects at or near its surface, tending to draw them toward the center of the body.As it is in the definition, the common example of the gravity is the person standing on the Earth. Earth pulls everything towards to the center and this force is called gravity. Did you ever heard about Galileo? You will hear someday in the future,,
Well, we have a lot of theories to talk about him. The one thing I am going to talk about is the thing about the gravity. You might have heard about the leaning Tower of Pisa, right? Galileo had an experiment on the top of the tower. He dropped two objects that has a different mass and saw that both objects reached the ground at the same time. This had a big affect on the whole world and this gave a result that if the object reaches the highest velocity of an object and then fall, the time of the both objects does reach the ground at the same time.
After Galileo made this theory, Isaac Newton was born which is creepy at the same time..
You know what Newton did? Well, he made a three laws of motion (the first law is at my previous blog~) and then he found out the "Gravity". The time apple had fallen on the Newton had made a question about the "Force" something that pulls all the objects downward. And he had studied and then he discovered about the universal gravitation.

This tells that all the universe works by the gravity. By the way, this is a huge discover.
To give some examples of the universal gravitation, lets talk about sun. Sun is having a huge mass that it has more "power(in my word)" that can pull the other planets stronger than it selves. But I know that you are thinking that 'why are the planets not going towards the sun?' Well, that is because each of the planets also have a force that tends to go outward. But since the distance of the sun is far, the forces are equal. That makes the planets to not get far and not get closed.
Okay. So gravity depends on two facts: Mass and distance. I can tell you this all by the Sun and the Earth. I told you up there that since the sun is far away, the force that is pulling the Earth is weak, right? And I also told you that the reason sun has more gravitational force than any other planet is because sun has the huge mass. Solved it!
There are people who are confused with the mass and weight. I will tell you the difference. The mass is the object that takes up the space. How about weight? Weight is the amount of gravity that needs to be pulled. Lets say the mass of the human is 90 kg. In the earth, it is also 90 kg. This is the mass. Then how about weight? The person will have 882N in the Earth earth because Weight= 9.8 mass. So if this person's weight is 882N, it will be 147N in the moon because the weight in the moon is 1/6 of the earth. So did you got it??
So this is all about my blog for today. I have specific information about Isaac Newton and the first law of the motion in the previous blogs, so check it out! Today, I got a definition of the gravity in dictionary.com and that the rest of the information, I got it from my head.
